Getting your lesson questions is very important to us!

Before you send us your question, please read through the following checklist to see if your question can be answered here:

  • My phone number is not found.

    Please verify your number with your Group Leader. If the number we have is incorrect, he or she will communicate any changes to the class secretary. In the meantime, please use the class information section to access your questions.

  • My phone number brings up the wrong class.

    If this happens it means our records are incorrect. Please contact your Group Leader so he or she can pass the correct information to the class secretary.

  • As I type, I do not see my BSF church listed.

    Contact your Group Leader for the name of your class host church.

  • When I come back I'm already at the lesson download page, but I needed to enter a different phone number.

    The system remembers the last phone number that was entered so that weekly downloads can be done with a single click. For the cases where multiple BSFers are sharing the same computer you will need to click the (this is not my class) link to enter a different phone number.
